Apprentice Employer of the Year 2025
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have been awarded Apprentice Employer of the Year in the Care, Health, and Early Years sector at the Cambridge Regional College Apprenticeship Awards 2025!
This award is a testament to our commitment to supporting and nurturing the next generation of early years professionals. We take great pride in providing our apprentices with the skills, experience, and encouragement they need to thrive in their careers.

These awards made us Finalists on a national level, and whilst we didn't take home the national awards we are still very proud of these achievements!

This prestigious nomination celebrates the dedication, innovation, and high-quality care our team delivers every day. It’s a testament to the strong relationships we’ve built with our families, staff, and wider community.
In addition, we also attended the SME National Awards in November. As always, we took a group of our hardworking team to enjoy the even with us!
